Job Summary

Weโ€™re seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Client Success team in a non-clinical, product-facing role spanning pre-sales, onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support. Youโ€™ll help ABA clinics adopt our platform, train their staff, offer support, and ensure they maximize value from our software. Note: This role does not involve therapy sessionsโ€”youโ€™ll be guiding ABA professionals on using Artemis effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new ABA clinics and guide them through software setup and training
  • Provide responsive, expert support related to clinical workflows in the system
  • Tailor software support and training using your ABA background
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and feature suggestions
  • Create and maintain user-friendly training materials, guides, and FAQs
  • Represent Artemis as a clinical expert during client success interactions
  • Support client demos, webinars, and continuing education efforts
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an ABA therapy setting
  • Experience using ABA platforms such as CentralReach, Rethink, or Catalyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology and software tools
  • Bonus: Prior experience in client-facing, training, or support roles
