Job description

The ABA Scheduler will assist with daily ABA scheduling and customer service calls. Maintain and organize client and staff schedules. Schedule ABA appointments, resolve conflicts, makeup sessions and handle cancellations. Answer phones, direct messages, audit supervision etc. Responsible for maintaining an excellent client and provider experience.

Duties/Qualifications:

ยท Maintaining positive attitude through customer service situations

ยท Schedules and maintains appointments.

ยท Communicates between Client, Staff and Management

ยท Obtains client information and inputs it into system

ยท Demonstrate excellent time management skills

Position Requirements:

ยท Must have ABA Therapy Scheduling Experience

ยท Central Reach Experienced Preferred

ยท Fast Paced Scheduling experience

ยท High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
