About Advanceable ABA

Advanceable ABA provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism in their homes and communities. Our Behavior Technicians and RBTs work closely with BCBAs and families to help children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral and daily-living skills.

We believe strong clinical support matters. Our technicians receive ongoing BCBA supervision, training and opportunities to continue developing their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and experienced ABA Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism.

Candidates with previous ABA or autism experience are strongly preferred.

If you are an RBT—or have experience working directly with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—we would love to speak with you.

Why Join Advanceable ABA?

  • Competitive pay of $23-29/hour, based on experience and RBT certification

  • Consistent 1:1 work with children with autism

  • Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs

  • Paid training

  • Paid time off

  • RBT certification and renewal support

  • Employee referral bonuses!

  • Implement individualized behavior treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Teach communication, social, play, daily-living and behavioral skills

  • Use reinforcement and other evidence-based ABA strategies

  • Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation

  • Participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training

  • Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team

  • Provide services primarily in clients’ homes and community settings

Who We’re Looking For

Not Yet an RBT?

We may consider candidates with strong, relevant experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities or behavioral needs.

For qualified candidates who are a strong fit but are not yet certified, Advanceable ABA can provide training and support toward obtaining RBT certification.

Preference will be given to candidates with existing RBT certification and/or direct ABA experience.

Schedule

We are currently hiring for part-time afternoon and after-school availability, primarily Monday through Friday.

Typical caseload availability is approximately 15–25+ hours per week, depending on client needs, location and your availability.

Candidates with consistent weekday afternoon and evening availability are strongly preferred.

Compensation

Rate: $23-29 per hour

Compensation is based on relevant experience, ABA experience and RBT certification. Higher starting rates are available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians.

If you’re an experienced RBT or Behavior Technician who enjoys working with children with autism, we look forward to speaking with you
