Medical Records Secretary

Aaron Manor is looking for a full-time, flexible medical records secretary in our family-operated nursing home in Fairport, NY. Each and every employee is critically necessary to create and maintain a balanced, efficient, and effective workplace. Every voice matters in our efforts every day. Job Summary: Provides indirect resident care in the facility. Meets the communication needs of the resident, family, and staff.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling and following up on resident appointments.
  • Knowledge of medical record terminology.

Regulatory Requirements:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Ability to work with residents/family and physicians in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
