Job Title:
Insurance Producer (Commission Only) – AAA Insurance Agency

Job Description:
AAA Insurance – Schumaker Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed, motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing Kissimmee office. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for driven sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and the ability to build long-term renewal income.

This position is structured for revenue-generating producers only. We are not hiring salaried staff at this time. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, disciplined, and comfortable prospecting, networking, and consistently closing business.
Producers will focus on new business development, cross-selling, and client retention while leveraging AAA Insurance's strength and brand recognition.
Compensation:
  • 100% commission-based.
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • Renewal income opportunity.
  • No base salary.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound prospecting, online leads, and community involvement.
  • Quote, present, and bind auto, home, umbrella, and related personal lines policies.
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize discounts and retention.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate protection.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
  • Represent the agency professionally in the community.

Licensing Requirements:
  • Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license required.
  • This role is not structured for 4-40 Customer Representatives.
  • Candidates must be legally able to independently solicit, quote, and bind insurance in Florida.
