Join the AAA Parking family and work as a Valet. Make extra money, meet new people, and provide exceptional service as the first and last point of contact for our guests. We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction:
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
  • Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
  • Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
  • Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.

2. Vehicle Handling:
  • Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
  • Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.

3. Appearance and Presentation:
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
  • Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.

4. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
  • Support team members during busy periods or special events.

5. Safety and Security:
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
