Our Shift Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership by executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Shift Managers are passionate about leading a team, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.This is an active in position role, requiring multi-tasking and problem-solving under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
