Stockers play a vital role in keeping the store well-organized and ensuring that merchandise is available for shoppers. They may also help with inventory management and assist customers in locating products.

What are some common challenges stockers face, and how can they overcome them?

Stockers often encounter challenges such as managing heavy lifting, working efficiently during off-hours, and keeping shelves organized in a fast-paced environment. To overcome these, it's important to use proper lifting techniques, stay organized, and communicate with team members to restock high-demand items quickly.
