Full job description:
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Are you passionate about team development and delivering top-notch guest experiences? If so, Serve El Paso is the right place for you!
- As a server, it is preferred that you have experience as a server and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). We are looking for someone who can demonstrate observational skills and patience, excellent people skills and a positive attitude, and problem solving and decision making skills. We are also looking for someone who can handle money, the ability to follow documents such as rules and checklists, and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written and oral form.
In this role you will:
- Greet guests, explain our service model, and answer questions about the menu.
- Make recommendations for food, drinks, and activities.
- Make drinks and take orders electronically or manually, and work with the team to deliver food and drink in an efficient manner.
- Understand and comply with health/sanitation guidelines and alcohol standards and communicate all concerns to management including issues with guests, staff, sanitation, safety, inventory, and to be able to respond to complaints efficiently.
- Complete other tasks as assigned and have a flexible schedule able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Participate in the active environment of "Serve", with where the employees would average around 10 thousand steps per day!
