Position Overview

As an Oil Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors or in service bays, as part of a team dedicated to keeping vehicles running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Oil Center.
  • Maintain facility (i.e., empty trash, restock inventory, clean floors, etc.).
  • Follow safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing checks in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in training newly hired Oil Specialists.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer questions that customers may have about the services offered by the company.


What We’re Looking For

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
  • Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Able to work on your feet in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions

Work Environment

  • Work takes place in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions
  • Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
  • Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
  • Adherence to safety policies is essential, including the use of protective gear (i.e., safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protection, etc.)
