Job description

Roto-Rooter is seeking a National Accounts & Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-growing National Accounts team at our corporate headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site, position based out of downtown Cincinnati, OH. 

The National Accounts & Compliance Coordinator supports the organization’s national sales efforts by managing key account setup and maintenance while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements. This role serves as a liaison between sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate data management, and adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations.

You will also be provided with company-paid parking at a nearby parking facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of National Account customers across all required systems and platforms
  • Maintain and monitor multiple compliance portals, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and requirements are current and accurate
  • Maintain and monitor Vendor Management portals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming National Sales Leads and inquiries related to national accounts and compliance, routing issues to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance) to gather and verify required information
  • Track and manage compliance deadlines, renewals, and updates to avoid disruptions in business
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in account management and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate trade show activities, including event logistics, booth setup, materials preparation, and communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, compliance, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with national accounts
  • Familiarity with compliance systems, vendor portals, or regulatory documentation
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
