Behavioral Specialist / Youth Coach

Hi there! We’re looking for energetic, caring, and reliable team members (possibly you!) to join our fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

America’s Kids in Motion is the valley’s premier children’s multi-sport facility offering swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and more. We’re hiring individuals who love working with kids and can support both coaching and behavioral needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide behavioral strategies and real-time support for coaches working with children with special needs
  • Provide instruction to coaches who work with children of varying ages and skill levels, based on your department of interest (swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and more)
  • Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage confidence and celebrate progress in every child
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat setting
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with parents about progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, ABA, etc.)
  • RBT certification or equivalent behavioral experience preferred
  • Background in youth programs (swim, gymnastics, fitness, etc.) is a plus
  • Patient, positive, and dependable team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
  • Flexible availability (evenings and/or Saturdays preferred)

Schedule: Part-time (15–30 hours/week), with summer and year-round opportunities
