Job description

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Pay, Benefits & Perks 

  • Competitive pay: 
  • $22.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience 
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 19.0 for each billable client hour worked 
  • 17.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time 
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

Position Details 

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: 
  • Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00AM-6PM
  • Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling 
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs 
  • Hours are not guaranteed 
  • Start Date: 
  • Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
