Job description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a contract role near Franklin, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals who are passionate about implementing evidence-based interventions and making a difference in educational settings.
Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Reliable, organized, and empathetic approach to student care
  • Willingness to adapt strategies to meet individualized student needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral data
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
  • Participate in team meetings to review student goals and discuss strategies
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Support the development of students' communication, social, and adaptive skills
