Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) $21–$29/hour | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus — paid incrementally over your first 180 days. And if it's not the right fit? You keep what you've earned.

We're seeking full-time RBTs for both in-clinic and in-home positions at our pediatric therapy practice in Colorado Springs. Choose the setting that fits your life — or ask us about both!

POSITION OPTIONS

Option A: In-Clinic RBT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–3:45 PM | 37.5 hours/week Paid time for same-day client cancellations — your hours stay steady.

Option B: In-Home RBT Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-home sessions + Friday admin day | 32–40 hours/week Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy 1:1 with clients and families based on BCBA-created treatment plans
  • Collect and document session data electronically
  • Implement client behavior support plans under BCBA direction
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration sessions
  • Maintain confidentiality and a professional, organized work environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active RBT Certification (Required)
  • HS Diploma
  • CPR Certified (Preferred)
  • 1 year ABA experience (Preferred)
