Now Hiring: Activities Director at The Springs of Pinnacle Mountain!

Are you a creative, compassionate, and organized individual who loves working with seniors? The Springs of Pinnacle Mountain is looking for a dedicated Activities Director with LTC EXPERIENCE WITH C.N.A LIC to lead engaging and meaningful programs for our residents.

Join Our Team!

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication
  • Creative and compassionate
  • Flexible and able to work closely with seniors
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a quality activity program tailored to both individual and group needs
  • Encourage social engagement and support re-socialization skills
  • Enhance physical well-being through recreational activities
  • Provide mental and sensory stimulation for residents
  • Create one-on-one programming for room-bound or bedbound residents
  • Plan and oversee community-oriented and marketing projects
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and assist other departments as needed
  • Maintain regular interaction with residents and their families to ensure a fulfilling experience
Qualifications:
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Strong team player with a caring and innovative approach
  • Punctual and dependable
Position Details:
  • PART-Time Role
  • Saturdays and Sundays (AND SOME WEEKDAYS)
