Job description

Vivo HealthStaff is hiring a Locum Radiologist with active licensure in California for a client in the San Francisco Bay Area.


We have two openings available:

1 radiologist who can do IR and some diagnostic radiology. In hospital 8am to 5pm, weekdays. Ideally, they would also do diagnostic work on weekends 8am-5pm in the hospital. This IR/diagnostic radiologist would be needed for 10-14 days/month. In addition: After-hours IR coverage (not physically in house- but on pager call and could come in for emergency trauma embolization cases) from 5pm-8am weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. Please see additional details with the attachment.


Second Opportunity:

Modalities: CT (neuro, body, CTA, MSK), US (body, OB-proficient to handle cases on call), MRI ( Neuro, Body, limited MSK- proficient to handle cases on call), Nuclear Medicine (preferred, but not required), Mammography (preferred, but not required), Minimal Peds Imaging- plain films, trauma studies, General fluoroscopy studies and procedures. Needing 2: 8am to 5pm, on weekdays and/or weekends onsite in the hospital. Each would be available for at least 10-14 days per month. No after-hours Call.
