About the Residency Program:

  • 3-Year ACGME-Accredited Program: With a robust curriculum emphasizing comprehensive rehabilitation training across a variety of clinical settings.
  • Collaborative Leadership Team: You'll work alongside the Program Director, faculty, and Program Coordinator to deliver a dynamic, high-quality educational experience for residents.

  • Clinical focus may include general rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, EMG/NCS, or other areas of PM&R practice interest.
  • Provide hands-on clinical teaching and mentorship to residents during rotations.
  • Deliver patient care that exemplifies RRH's commitment to compassionate, patient-centered service.

Program Development:

  • Foster collaboration among PM&R faculty to build a cohesive and supportive environment for education and care.
  • Contribute to scholarly activity, such as research, presentations, or educational innovations, that enhances the program's reputation and impact.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to medical education and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience delivering lectures and leading educational initiatives.
  • Documented scholarly activity, such as publications, presentations, or contributions to academic medicine.

Benefits & Compensation:
