Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Submit budget request (Plan Proposals) for Marketing programs and Ensures adherence to budget policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Managing the payment schedule, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining communication regarding payment status.
  • Verify purchase orders against invoices to ensure goods and services are received and paid for correctly
  • Reconciling accounts payable ledgers, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assisting in month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Review POP (proof of performance), BOL, Contracts, Term Sheets (MDF and SD) for payment.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Background/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and minimum of 3- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or occupation
  • Experience in managing A/R, A/P and financial closing process
  • Demonstrated ability to identifying areas of process improvement and managing improvement projects until completion
  • Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits
