Responsibilities
  • Support all core disciplines of Honest’s business (Medical Expense Management, Risk Adjustment/Clinical Documentation Integrity, Quality and Care Management).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Honest Health’s data assets and analytics product inventory as it relates to strategic decision‑making, problem‑solving, and generation of actionable insights.
  • Serve as the core analytics partner for the assigned primary discipline(s), translating business needs and opportunities into data‑informed insights and actionable decision‑support tools.

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of data and its interpretation to support informed decision‑making.
  • Exhibit exceptional reliability and follow‑through, with the ability to commit to multiple concurrent deadlines and be accountable for updates and on‑time delivery.
  • Participate in data quality initiatives, assisting with identifying and correcting data issues.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
