Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Highland Hills, OH.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Highland Hills, OH
Duration: Long-term contract with option to extend or hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • This position provides back office support to client base.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, payroll and billing processes.
  • Verifies all data has been entered in order to process client payroll and billing timely and accurately
  • Timely and professional response to customers enquiries.
  • New customer set up and data entry.
  • ccurate maintenance of all customer databases. This includes client payroll data and billing data.
  • Updates customer folders with changes to reflect current week's payroll and billing instructions.
  • Processes credits/rebills.
  • ssists clients in developing effective processes for reporting their payroll and billing information accurately and timely as needed.
  • Provides repeat training or answer lower level technical questions regarding software usage of payroll and billing platform.
  • Timely transmission of accounting and payments reports such as wires, ACH, and A/R credits/debits.
  • Promptly notify management of problem areas.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll processing
  • Comparable Work Experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • bility to use multiple types of software including MS Office and proficiency in basic office equipment.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles including payroll, payroll taxes, A/P, A/R, and cash posting.
  • bility to understand relationships of data in multiple databases and good with numbers, particularly reconciling differences.
  • Must be detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and able to work under pressure.
