Job description

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team! Under general supervision, performs inspections, tests and audits in assigned area which may include incoming materials, goods in process and finished goods, to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  • Uses standard inspection devices and/or testing equipment and follows checklist or test procedures to set up, check and visually inspect repaired and electronic devices or mechanical devices
  • Determine acceptable quality of product, rejects and non-conforming material in Oracle System
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  • Data Exchange reserves the right to change or revise job duties as the need arises
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
  • Participate in routine visual inspections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • 1-2 years of inspection experience including sound knowledge of visual and electronic inspection and testing procedures and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum education High School Graduate

Schedule:

Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (as needed)

9am-5:30pm
