We are an authorized staffing company, and one of our clients—a global ATM manufacturing company, Nautilus Hyosung America—is currently seeking Quality Control Inspectors

Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector

  • Dallas, TX
  • $16.50/hr + Overtime Pay
  • Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

We are currently hiring a Quality Control Inspector to support ATM (Automated Teller Machine) operations. This role is primarily focused on reviewing quality-related data, verifying information entered into company systems, identifying data entry errors, and ensuring inspection records are accurate and complete.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and have experience reviewing or entering data in a manufacturing or production environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualified candidates may start within 2–3 days after a successful interview.

Pay & Schedule

  • $16.50 per hour
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Additional weekday evening or weekend overtime may be available based on production needs
  • Candidates must be available for a weekday morning interview (around 10:00–11:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Review inspection data for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify information entered into company systems
  • Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies
  • Compare inspection records against quality standards and work instructions
  • Enter and maintain accurate quality-related documentation
  • Review defect reports and ensure proper documentation
  • Perform basic quality checks on ATM units as needed
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
  • Follow all quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Data Entry, Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Manufacturing, Production, Administrative Support, or Warehouse environments preferred
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and computer systems
  • Ability to follow written work instructions in English
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Experience with quality documentation or inspection records
  • Experience entering or verifying production, inventory, quality, or inspection data in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

No prior ATM experience is required. We will provide training on the equipment and inspection process.

However, candidates with previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or quality control environment are strongly preferred. Experience using computers to enter, review, verify, or audit production, inventory, quality, or inspection data is highly valued.

The most important qualifications for this role are strong computer skills, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct errors. Candidates should be comfortable reviewing information on a computer screen, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring records are accurate and complete.
