Location: Lewisville, TX (In-Person)
Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

Next STEPS Worldwide is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing high-quality mental health and nutrition services for individuals of all ages. With a client-centered and evidence-based approach, our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who work together to deliver holistic, results-driven care.
We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Lewisville location. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Qualifications
  • Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required).

  • Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.

  • Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
