Job description

W. Gohman Construction is looking for a project manager.

The projects involve a mixture of construction styles. 

As a Project Manager for W. Gohman Construction, you will participate in generating business with customers and potential customers, assist in the development of estimates as assigned, you will develop construction schedules, monitor, and maintain the flow of on-site work activities through interaction with the Field Superintendent and subcontractors, represent W. Gohman Construction and make decisions with clients and owners on a variety of subjects relating to construction projects.  The Project Manager's objective is to initiate proper plans and schedules while holding others accountable in the field to complete the project within budget and on time.  You will be responsible for monitoring and completing reports on work progress in the field through final completion of the project.

Minimum 3 years industry experience.  Looking for self motivated individuals with great organizational skills.  Compensation based on skills and experience includes health insurance, HSA funding, retirement funds, 401k, and personal leave time.
