***Sign On Bonus Offered***

At Miller & Sons Plumbing, we're more than just another plumbing company—we're a veteran-owned, family-operated business that believes taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our customers.

We don't believe in treating technicians like numbers. We believe in giving great plumbers the tools, support, and respect they deserve so they can build long-term careers.

If you're an experienced plumber who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be appreciated for what you do, we'd love to meet you.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring an experienced Service Plumber who can confidently operate their own service truck with minimal supervision.

This is NOT an apprentice position.

To be considered, you must have at least three years of experience independently running residential and commercial service calls.

If you're the type of technician who:

✔ Shows up on time

✔ Takes pride in clean, professional work

✔ Communicates well with customers

✔ Solves problems instead of creating them

✔ Wants to continue learning and growing

...then you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and accurately
  • Repair and replace residential and commercial plumbing systems
  • Perform water heater repairs and installations
  • Troubleshoot drain, sewer, water, and gas systems
  • Complete remodel and service plumbing projects
  • Read blueprints and plumbing schematics when required
  • Communicate repair options clearly with customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized service truck
  • Complete digital work orders and documentation
  • Work safely while representing the company professionally
  • Participate in our rotating emergency on-call schedule (highly compensated)

What You Bring

Required

  • Minimum 3 years running your own plumbing service truck
  • Experience with residential and commercial service plumbing
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to diagnose plumbing problems independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred

  • Florida plumbing experience
  • Remodel experience
  • Water treatment experience
  • Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics
  • Tankless water heater experience
  • Backflow experience

What We Offer

We know great technicians have options.

That's why we invest in ours.

✅ Competitive hourly pay

✅ Overtime opportunities

✅ Performance bonuses

✅ Well-paid on-call rotation

✅ Company vehicle

✅ Fully stocked truck

✅ Company uniforms

✅ Paid holidays

✅ Paid vacation

✅ Ongoing training

✅ Advancement opportunities

✅ Supportive management team

✅ Family-oriented culture

What Success Looks Like

The best technicians on our team:

  • Produce quality work with minimal callbacks
  • Take ownership of every job
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Look for solutions—not excuses
  • Help teammates succeed
  • Continuously improve their skills
  • Leave every customer saying, "I'd recommend Miller & Sons Plumbing."
