POSITION OVERVIEW: As an A.P.C. Stock Associate, you will be responsible for executing all store operations; web order fulfillment and returns, inventory management, and stockroom organization. You represent the brandโ€™s image in our stores. You act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating impeccable presentation behavior and strong A.P.C. knowledge. You will perform with high integrity in operation and loss prevention compliance.

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Customer Service

  • Provide superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.

Operations

  • Process daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
  • Ensure web orders are pulled, prepped and shipped in a timely manner. Communicate well with web team and follow up to ensure products are reaching customers
  • Process web returns in a timely manner and with respect to the apc-us.com return policy
  • Ensure OOS file is checked everyday and updated everyday with found stock. Ensure follow up with the web team to ship products.
  • Execute go backs with accuracy (placed in the correct order in the stockroom) and in time (all put away at closing time). Communicate with the team any issues as regards to go backs.
  • Support with stock room preparation for seasonal sales + inventory counts
  • Ensure accuracy of stock by executing regular cycle counts.
  • Order supplies as needed for the store including shipping materials, cleaning products, and any other items needed for the store as approved by management.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of fashion retail experience
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with head office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to be mobile for extended period of time
  • Ability to lift boxes
  • Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory and holiday season
  • Organizational skills

COMPUTER AND OTHERS SKILLS REQUIRED

Microsoft office suite knowledge required. Google Workspace. RLM. Shopify. Detail oriented. Exceptional customer service skills. Forward Thinking. Ability to work in a team environment.
