Job Summary

Commercial printing experience a must. This industry is demanding with skills as a multi-tasker being very important. It requires a little of everything to include fixing a customer's file for print, talking to customers on the phone or running some of the print or bindery machines in the production area.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers, providing proofs, bindery and delivering jobs on time.

Contribute in production meetings

Be a team player

Be a problem solver

Qualifications

At least 3 years in print related customer service.

Intermediate experience in Adobe Cloud, especially InDesign a major plus!

Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers
