About Us:

Triangle Swim School has paid training for ALL new employees. We are a local business that has been in the area for over 15 years, looking to be flexible, fun and the best place in the Triangle for swim lessons of all ages. We are looking for people who are interested in working part time, with weekend availability.

Triangle Swim School has two locations, one in Cary/Morrisville and the other in North Raleigh. Both pools operate under one mission: to teach all of our students how to be safe in the water. Our schoolโ€™s gentle hands on curriculum grants each swimmer award winning instruction. Our small class sizes (1:1 or 2:1 ratio) give us the opportunity to ensure all students get the attention that they need to learn.

Requirements:

Swim Instructor Requirements:

  • Must have at least one year of swimming experience (competitive swimming experience preferred)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening
  • Reliable form of transportation to/from work
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to be in the water for 5+ hours
  • Must be able to swim all 4 strokes

Lifeguard Requirements:

  • Must have up-to-date Lifeguarding Certification
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening
  • Reliable form of transportation to/from work
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to be on Lifeguard stand for 5+ hours
  • Must be a strong swimmer
