Join our growing team at Dennis Food Service, a 100% Employee-Owned Company

Dennis Food Service continues to grow and is currently seeking an experienced Class A Delivery Driver for our Candia, NH location. Routes depart from and return to our local truck yard dailyno overnights required.

Why Drive for Dennis?

  • Minimum daily pay: $318.25

  • Home every night – Monday through Friday schedule, with optional weekend work
  • Eligible for company stock after one year

What You’ll Do:

As a Dennis Class A Driver, you’ll deliver frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods to our diverse customer base —including schools, hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Compensation is based on:

  • Miles driven

  • Pieces delivered

  • Number of stops

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled route

  • Deliver correct products efficiently and safely within assigned territory

  • Maintain strong customer relationships

  • Report accidents or equipment issues

  • Accurately maintain a DOT logbook

  • Communicate regularly with the Transportation Manager

  • Serve as the final checkpoint for food safety and quality compliance

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL A driver’s license

  • 2–3 years of delivery experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of 10–80 lbs.

  • Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
