Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across various vehicle types: passenger cars, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including:
    • Commercial Tires
    • HVAC systems
    • Brakes
    • Steering & Suspension
    • PM Inspections
    • Drivetrain
    • Electrical Systems
  • Conduct fleet inspections and routine maintenance.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic regulations.
  • Respond to roadside service calls using a service truck (F-350), when needed.
  • Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
  • Assist with inventory loading, unloading, and physical counts.
  • Participate in ongoing training, follow safety protocols, and uphold company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Possible overtime may be required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred (not required).
  • Ability to lift/move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical aids.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and working in awkward postures or under vibration.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime maybe required.
