As a Casino Dealer in Training, you'll learn the skills needed to become a professional Table Games Dealer in a fast-paced and entertaining casino environment. No prior dealing experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you master the games, develop exceptional guest service skills, and start an exciting career in the gaming industry.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Participate in a comprehensive dealer training program and learn casino table games.
  • Develop knowledge of game rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Practice and demonstrate dealing techniques, chip handling, and game management skills.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest.
  • Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the gaming tables.
  • Maintain game integrity and follow all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
  • Learn to accurately handle chips, cash transactions, and payouts.
  • Work closely with experienced dealers, supervisors, and team members to build confidence and expertise.
  • Successfully complete training requirements and evaluations to qualify for a Dealer position.
