Well-established Mechanical Company is looking for experienced: Sheet Metal Foreman- Mechanics.

  • Foreman- Pay up to $ 37 with experience
  • Mechanic- Pay up to $ 30 with experience

To work in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington.
* Must have own tools
* Be able to read drawings
* Paid vacation & Holidays

Ideal candidate must have the ability to:

  • Manage One or Multiple Commercial HVAC Projects Concurrently (Track Submittals, SOV, Schedules, Submit RFI’s, Progress Billings, Request Change Orders)
  • Manage, Scope and Submit PO’s For Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors
  • Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions: Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control
  • Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule
  • Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project
  • Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers
  • Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers
