Job description

Echo School District is seeking a motivated, student focused, highly qualified teacher for our 9-12 Math Position. The position covers math instruction for grades 9-12 from basic math to collegel level with the opportunity to offer additional elective courses based on your area of expertise and school need. Echo is small rural school district located in Eastern Oregon, 7 miles south of Hermiston. Echo School District offers small class sizes (usually 20 and under) with a focus on student engagement and attention. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with two other outstanding math instructors through our grades 6-12 math model. Echo is a four day school week with an occasional Friday for in-service or teacher work days. Echo is a growing district with a strong sense of community and pride. The classroom is as a 1:1 student to computer ratio for all programs and our district takes pride in staying on top of the technological curve.
