Travel EMT's– Houston, TX

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Travel EMT's for a 16-week Inter-Facility Transport (IFT) assignment in Houston, TX. Housing is provided during rotations.

Schedule:
  • 14 Days On / 14 Days Off.
  • 15-Hour Shifts.
  • 16-Week Assignment.
  • Biweekly Pay.

Compensation:
  • $5,350 per 14 days worked.
  • Travel stipend $400 included in pay.
  • Lodging provided during on rotation.
  • No additional food, gas, or flight stipends.

Required Skills:
  • Texas EMT License OR EMS Compact State License with NR-EMT.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of IFTs and 911 experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during inter-facility transports.
  • Monitor and manage patients requiring continuous medical support during transport, including critical care cases.
  • Accurately complete patient care reports and all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure ambulance readiness by inspecting, restocking, and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
  • Safely operate emergency vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols during day and night shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with hospital staff, dispatch, and receiving facilities to ensure continuity of care.
