Job description

Accounting Manager (Up to $85k)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial records, reporting, budgeting support, payroll, and compliance for a commercial and multifamily property management company.

Key Responsibilities
·         Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger entries.
·         Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
·         Coordinate with outside accountants on tax filings and regulatory compliance.
·         Review invoices, monitor expenses, resolve discrepancies, and support internal controls.

Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
·         At least three years of accounting experience.
·         Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
·         Experience with RealPage, Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software preferred.
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Required Skills
·         Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
·         Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
·         Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and meet deadlines.

Employment Details
·         Full-time, 40 hours per week
