Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Automation Engineer to support functional testing and automation for a modern web-based judicial case management system. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on testing experience combined with expertise in test automation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, black-box, integration, system, ADA/WCAG, UAT, and exploratory testing.
  • Design detailed test cases, test plans, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Develop and maintain automated UI tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Build and maintain Page Object Model (POM) automation frameworks using C# or Java.
  • Perform web service testing using SOAP, REST, and JSON.
  • Write SQL queries for backend data validation and testing.
  • Create and maintain smoke and regression test suites.
  • Analyze automated test results and identify application defects versus automation issues.
  • Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Use GitHub Copilot, Modern Requirements, and Copilot for DevOps to enhance testing and documentation.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams and meet sprint deadlines.

Required Skills
  • 5 10 years of functional/software testing experience.
  • 5+ years of test automation experience.
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Experience with C# or Java.
  • Strong SQL and backend testing skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of UI, integration, web service, and accessibility testing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, OR
  • 5+ years of combined software testing and test automation experience.
