Position Summary


The Warehouse Packer will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of event logistics. This position requires an individual who can work efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to safety standards. You will be responsible for packing, organizing, and preparing event materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pack and organize event items such as decor, equipment, and materials according to order specifications.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks for event deliveries and pickups.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management and order accuracy.
  • Conduct quality checks on all packed items, ensuring that they meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, following health and safety regulations.
  • Follow company procedures for packing, labeling, and storing items.
  • Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues related to inventory or packing.
  • Help maintain inventory records and report any damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and keeping the warehouse in a tidy condition.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid forklift certification/accreditation required
  • Clear communication with the onsite, warehouse & management team
