Responsibilities
  • Pack customer contents, including inventory, packaging, wrapping, and boxing, ensuring items are secure and organized.
  • Move contents from customers' homes in accordance with company standards, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
  • Evaluate each item to determine its salvageability, making informed decisions to maximize recovery.
  • Clean, disinfect, and deodorize items damaged by smoke, sewage, mold, or water using various techniques.
  • Understand the importance of valuable personal items to clients and appropriately clean and process them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety requirements.
  • Inventory and organize items, ensuring accurate records and efficient retrieval.
Qualifications
  • Experience in cleaning, and content packing
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

  • Valid driver’s license.
