Job description

We are looking for:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a proven attendance record.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Committed to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in ENGLISH with coworkers, and management.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving inventory (if needed).

RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
 Collect, stack, and organize printed direct mail materials from the end of the machine.
 Count, bundle, and package finished products according to job specifications.
 Verify quality by checking for defects, misprints, or incorrect counts before packing.
 Place completed packages into cartons, skids, or pallets for shipping.
 Apply labels, shrink wrap, or other packaging materials as required.
 Assist with staging finished pallets for shipping and maintaining accurate counts.
 Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area including machines.
 Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and shipping staff to ensure production goals are met.
 Perform other duties as assigned to support production and shipping needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND check.
  • CLEAN background required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
  • Available to work 5–6 days per week.
  • Must be available to work both weekend days (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Scheduling is based on production needs, so flexibility is important.
  • Available to work either of the following shifts (please confirm preferred shift):
    • Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (12 Hours standing)
    • Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (12 Hours standing)
