What You'll Do

  • Lead 30-60 minute sessions for children ages 1-10 using our non-competitive, play-focused curriculum.
  • Keep every child safe, engaged, and smiling.
  • Bring energy and creativity to each class, using positive reinforcement and fun games.
  • Embrace learning opportunities - participate in workshops and welcome guidance from senior staff.

When You'll Work

We're looking for coaches who can start immediately.

Choose your schedule or mix and match (approx. 5-10 hrs/week):

  • Weekday Mornings: Wednesday & Thursday | 8:45 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Weekday Afternoons: Wednesday & Thursdays | 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Weekend Mornings: Sat | 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with kids.
  • Comfortable coaching children ages 1-10 (experience as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or babysitter is a plus).
  • Passion for soccer and eagerness to learn age-appropriate drills.
  • Friendly, clear communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Willingness to pass a background check.

What to Expect

  • You'll deliver our structured, play-based curriculum designed to help kids ages 1-12 develop soccer skills, confidence, and teamwork.
  • Some days you'll be teaching multiple age groups and curricula at the same time, so you'll need to stay organized and flexible.
  • Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. We have locations across the following zip codes: 80019, 80249, 80022, 80238, 80207, 80205, 80220, 80241, 80233, 80229. Reliable transportation is required so you can travel to the location of your assigned classes.
  • Don't worry - we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support so you feel confident leading every class.
