A-Level Automotive Technician | $1,300-$1,800 Weekly Guarantee 

Location: Monroe / West Monroe, LA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends
Pay Type: Weekly Salary with 6-Month Weekly Guarantee
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: $1,300-$1,800 weekly guarantee for the first 6 months

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a growing, multi-location automotive repair operation in Monroe / West Monroe, LA. This full-service environment works on all makes and models and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. The position includes a $1,300-$1,800 weekly guarantee for the first six months, based on experience and qualifications, plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and automotive system concerns across all makes and models

  • Complete repairs from initial diagnosis through final repair

  • Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document vehicle findings

  • Prepare repair estimates for recommended work

  • Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs

  • Complete tire and oil change services when needed

  • Maintain strong productivity and quality standards

  • Work independently while supporting overall shop workflow and the technician team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of independent automotive repair experience

  • A-Level automotive repair capabilities with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain productive, high-quality work

  • Strong computer skills

  • Professional, organized approach to repair work and documentation

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the shop team

  • Willingness to continue technical training and professional development
