Resumen del Puesto

Desempeña funciones que consisten en garantizar un servicio al cliente con una calidad excelente, responder eficazmente a las consultas de los clientes y mantener una alta satisfacción de estos.

Funciones Esenciales y Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción.
  • Crear relaciones sostenibles y confianza con las cuentas de clientes mediate una comunicación honesta.
  • Proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa usando los métodos y herramientas correctos.
  • Atender las quejas de clientes, ofrecer soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los plazos, y realizar un seguimiento para garantizar la resolución.
  • Seguir procedimientos de comunicación, directrices y políticas.
  • Gestionar un gran número de llamadas entrantes.

Requerimientos

  • Diploma de Escuela Superior
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en servicio al cliente y/o representante de servicio en centro de llamadas
  • Orientación al cliente y habilidad para adaptarse/responder a diferentes tipos de personalidades
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y presentación
  • Disponibilidad de horario Lunes a Viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm
