Working Capital Marketplace (WCMP)
$75K-$85K+Bonus
Full Time On-Site (Possibly Hybrid)
Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM

About WCMP

Working Capital Marketplace is a fast-growing financial services company focused on helping small business owners access the capital they need to scale. We move fast, we execute, and we win by outworking and out-optimizing the competition.

We’re building a team of high-output professionals who take ownership, think analytically, and deliver results.

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to build and own our paid acquisition engine from the ground up.

This is a high-impact role where you will be trusted to manage budget, validate channels, and scale what works. You’ll dictate the budget to test channels, messaging, and funnels, and as performance proves out, you’ll scale it.

This is a one-person marketing function to start. You won’t just execute, you’ll build, optimize, analyze, and drive revenue.

If you know how to turn ad spend into predictable, scalable revenue, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build, launch, and scale campaigns from scratch with a focus on validated performance
  • Manage and optimize budgets with a focus on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution
  • Develop, build, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Manage tracking, pixels, events, and attribution to ensure clean, reliable data
  • Create and test ad creatives, messaging, and offers across channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and make real-time, data-driven optimization decisions
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funded deal outcomes
  • Identify, validate, and scale new acquisition channels and opportunities
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media (non-negotiable)
  • Experience managing $50K+/month in ad spend (or similar level of ownership)
  • Proven track record of driving measurable ROI and revenue from paid channels
  • Background in lead generation environments where downstream conversion matters
  • Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, and attribution
  • Hands-on experience with pixels, tracking, and troubleshooting data issues
  • Ability to build or optimize landing pages
  • Comfortable operating as a one-person marketing function
  • Highly analytical, you make decisions based on performance data
  • Strong ownership mindset, you take full responsibility for results
Bonus Points
  • Experience in fintech, lending, or high-volume lead generation environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution tools
  • Strong copywriting instincts and experience testing creative variations
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts directly with sales outcomes

Compensation
Base Salary: $75K – $85K (based on experience)
Performance Bonus: Tied directly to revenue generated from paid channels

What You’ll Get
Direct ownership of campaigns that impact company revenue
Clear path to senior and leadership roles as we scale
A competitive, high-performance, and supportive team environment
Leadership that invests in your growth and rewards results

Why WCMP
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale role.

You’ll have the autonomy to execute, the accountability to perform, and the opportunity to build a marketing engine from the ground up, directly impacting revenue and helping small businesses access capital.

If you’re looking for a role where performance is expected, measured, and rewarded, this is it.
