What This Assignment Involves

  • Route Structure: Focused regional deliveries throughout the Midwest with predictable weekly resets.
  • Expected Workload: Drivers average between 2,100 and 2,300 miles every week, depending on available driving hours.
  • Drop/Hook vs. Live: 100% no-touch cargo. Operations are split between 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unloads.
  • Run Distance: The mean length of haul per dispatch is 300 miles.
  • Assigned Equipment: Late-model trucks only (2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner Cascadia models).
  • Support Network: Around-the-clock (24/7) driver coordination and safety backing.
Earnings, Bonuses & Insurance
  • Base Income: Weekly gross pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,400.
  • Mileage Scale: $0.57 to $0.64 CPM, adjusted according to your verifiable background.
  • New Hire Incentive: $2,000 sign-on package ($500 allocated on your first load, $500 at day 30, and $1,000 at day 60; requires remaining active in the tractor).
  • Delays & Layover: $12.50 per hour detention compensation after the second hour. Layover or breakdown downtime is covered at $100 per day.
