Dry Picker – Seattle, WA

What You’ll Do:

You’ll accurately select and prepare dry-goods orders for delivery to QCD customers using a voice-directed picking system. This is a hands-on warehouse role that requires close attention to product quality, safe equipment operation, and consistent productivity throughout a physically active 10-hour shift.

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Use a Vocollect voice-directed headset to accurately select products and build customer orders

  • Operate electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

  • Inspect products for damage, quality concerns, and correct packaging before completing orders

  • Stack, wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for delivery

  • Meet established accuracy and productivity expectations throughout the shift

  • Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds in a physically active warehouse environment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food-safety and warehouse procedures

  • Follow all safety requirements and promptly report equipment, product, or workplace concerns

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least one year of general warehouse experience preferred

  • Previous order-selection or voice-picking experience preferred

  • Experience operating electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, or similar material-handling equipment preferred

  • Basic reading and math skills needed to verify products, quantities, labels, and order information

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout a 10-hour shift

  • Availability to work the scheduled 6:00 a.m. shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as operationally needed

The Schedule & Setting:

  • Full-time position beginning at 6:00 a.m.

  • Four-day, 10-hour schedule

  • This is a fully on-site warehouse position

  • Work is performed in a physically active, production-based environment

  • Weekends and holidays may be included in the regular schedule

  • Overtime is required when operational needs arise, which may extend the scheduled shift

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Range (Base Pay):$25.07 per hour
