  • Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)

  • 1–2 building placement when possible

  • Collaborative teams including Teachers, Intervention Specialists, Counselors, and Administration

Your Impact as a School-Based OT

You’ll help students build the functional, sensory, and fine motor skills they need to succeed in the classroom and daily school activities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

  • Provide direct OT services (individual and group)

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Support students’ participation in academic, social, and daily living activities

  • Contribute to MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s or higher in Occupational Therapy

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (State Specific)

  • School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Passion for supporting student growth and functional skill development
