Donation Station Attendant
Our Donation Station Attendants exceed donor expectations by providing exceptional service. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring every donor has positive experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service
  • Assist with receiving and recording donations
  • Safeguard donations until collected
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation site
  • Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner
  • Ensure that trailer has all necessary supplies

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to submit to drug screening and background check

Education, Experience, Training Required:
