Positions are located at: Boiling Airbase Here’s What you’ll Need:
• Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance
Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assesses and engineers’ wireless connectivity solutions.
• Focusing on cellular (4G/5G) and other RF technologies. • Conducts site surveys, measures signal strength, and designs solutions
• Improve in-building coverage and reliability.
• Design, test, and optimize RF networks for cellular, LTE, 5G, or other wireless systems
• Conduct coverage, capacity, and interference analysis to ensure network reliability and performance
• Perform RF propagation modeling and link budget calculations
• Conduct drive tests, spectrum analysis, and signal measurements
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues in live networks
• Collaborate with system architects, network engineers, and deployment teams
• Support antenna design, selection, and placement recommendations
• Generate technical reports, RF documentation, and network optimization plans

• T3: iBwave (if DAS/in-building); safety/compliance training, T4: Enterprise telecom architecture training; engineering governance/program-level credentials (Preferred)
Security clearance:
• Top Secret (Required)
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE) or a related field is strongly preferred. (Preferred).
7+ years as an RF engineer with experience in cellular technologies. Ability to Commute: DC Work Location: In person
