Job description

Key Responsibilities
• Site Surveys: Conduct extensive physical walk-tests and drive-tests across 5 airport campuses to map existing RF environments, interference, and structural obstacles.
• P5G Network Design: Design macro and indoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or small cells tailored to aviation needs (e.g., tarmac coverage, baggage handling, terminal IoT).
• Deployment & Integration: Oversee the physical installation, commissioning, and integration of P5G gNodeBs, antennas, and edge computing hardware.
• Network Design: Architect indoor and outdoor P5G networks utilizing Small Cells, gNodeBs, and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
• Site Surveys: Conduct physical walk-tests, drive-tests, and spectrum analysis to identify interference, signal dead zones, and optimal hardware placement.
• Spectrum Management: Plan and manage spectrum allocation, focusing heavily on CBRS (Shared Spectrum), mid-band, or millimeter-wave (mmWave) frequencies.
• Deployment & Commissioning: Oversee the physical installation, configuration, and integration of P5G radio hardware with the local 5G Core.
• Optimization & SLA Validation: Fine-tune RF parameters to meet strict enterprise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ultra-reliable low-latency (URLLC) and high throughput.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex RF coverage issues, hardware faults, and packet loss in live enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
